Licence Option
Under this agreement houses are available to people who own or have owned a property. This agreement is ideally suited to a person wishing to sell their home and move into smaller, more secure accommodation.
Residents of these houses pay which will be means-tested. The rent includes:
- Management of complex by resident Co-ordinator and Assistant co-ordinator
- Security: CCTV cameras and electronic gates
- Security and fire alarms in each house.
- Gas central heating
- Maintenance of household fixtures and fittings
- Provision and upkeep of communal facilities
- Laundry facilities
- Waste disposal charges
- Insurance on Residence (Building)
- Staff costs
- Ongoing external repairs and maintenance of Residence and grounds
- Depreciation of Residence
Apart from the weekly rent, occupants will have to meet their own normal expenses including:
- Electricity
- Phone
- Cable TV and TV Licence
- Contents insurance
- Internal redecoration
